Universities UK is encouraging all members to sign the Armed Forces Covenant. The Covenant is a specific commitment which institutions and organisations can make to recognising the challenges faced by service and ex-service personnel and their families.
The Covenant itself is not prescriptive on what measures and procedures institutions should put in place. This document provides guidance for universities on the measures they can take to implement the Covenant by providing case studies of several universities which have already signed it.
